Have you ever been in the middle of a challenging season and wondered when the challenges would be behind you? I certainly have.
A few months ago the opening lines for my new song "God in the Fire" flowed from my lips as I was sitting at my piano. "If I wait for the storm to blow by, if I wait for the waves to recede, I might miss You walking on the water. I might miss You calling out to me."
God is with us. In the trial, in the health challenge, in the ongoing heartaches. The song is available now on all the streaming platforms, and you can watch a lyric video here.
Take a moment and listen now.
"The water's still rising
You're still the same
Still true to Your promise
True to Your Name
Still God in the fire
You're God in the fire"
